Key & Peele’s” hit “Substitute Teacher” sketch is coming to movie theaters courtesy of Paramount, which just bought a pitch that will star the comedy duo, reports Deadline.com.

Paramount is keeping it in the family, so to speak. The studio, as well as “Key & Peele’s” network Comedy Central are under the same Viacom umbrella.

“Key & Peele” co-producers Rich Talarico and Alex Rubens will write the script, which will feature Keegan-Michael Key’s irascible educator Mr. Garvey competing with a rival inner-city teacher played by Jordan Peele for the love and respect of the student body.
