George gets nothing.  George has nothing.  George has no more cards to play.

Zimmerman claims the network edited part of a 911 call he made the night he shot and killed Trayvon Martin to make it appear as though he was pursuing Martin because he was Black.

Lawyers for NBC argued Zimmerman became a public figure, thrusting himself into the spotlight the night of Martin’s shooting, and the network had no malice in how it later aired his 911 calls.

Judge Debra Nelson issued a summary judgment ruling Zimmerman did not “demonstrate that the editing choices at issue resulted in a materially false change in the meaning of what he actually said.”
